With Mutiny, you don’t need to wait for a visitor to fill out a form for us to identify them. Thanks to our new integrations with sales engagement platforms, like Salesloft and Outreach, we automatically identify anyone who clicks on any link to your website that your SDRs send—no manual effort required. That’s right, your Sales team doesn’t have to change anything about their workflow.
Mutiny automatically adds a token (similar to a UTM parameter) to any link to your site that your Sales team includes. This allows us to track when links are clicked and identify the contact who clicked the link without compromising privacy or requiring Sales to change their workflow. Because we are not changing the URL, using redirects, or inserting a tracking pixel, we can also identify and track contacts without impacting email deliverability the same way that traditional open/click tracking can.
Rich insights and analytics
